<p>5 very simple DO&#8217;s for Fast Results</p>
<p>1. DO Eat Breakfast without fail<br />
The best breakfasts are meat and nuts. They kill food cravings, give you good energy and make your brain ready to function well all day.</p>
<p>2. DO Eat every 3 to 4 hours<br />
Tells your body there is food around. So no need to store fat!</p>
<p>3. DO Eat a Protein with Every Meal<br />
Protein - chicken, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, beans - keeps you full, makes you lean!</p>
<p>4. Do Eat Produce with Every Meal<br />
Produce - any and all fresh/frozen fruits and veggies. Eating one<br />
or both at every meal fills your body up with super nutrients with<br />

<p>Are you comfortable with your current fitness level?</p>
<p>Are you settling for sub optimal results? - you should be lean, healthy, strong, fit and attractive! Just the way you were created to be!</p>
<p>Settling for your current level of health and well being? - &#8220;oh being sick once in a while is ok&#8221; - NO ITS NOT. The average person in Singapore takes 12 days on MCs. Thats 5% of your life &#8220;out of action&#8221;.</p>
<p>That means that when you are healthy, you live 5% (at least&#8230;) &#8220;longer&#8221;!</p>
<p>Settling for the amount of energy you have for life?</p>
<p>Settling for your current level of productivity?</p>
