Sounds simple eat less to lose fat - so why is it so hard to get results?
- “eat less” causes many to eat too little.
- misleading information about what is “healthy”
- “eat less” is a very deprived state that is emotionally stressful and draining!
5 very simple DO’s for Fast Results
1. DO Eat Breakfast without fail
The best breakfasts are meat and nuts. They kill food cravings, give you good energy and make your brain ready to function well all day.
2. DO Eat every 3 to 4 hours
Tells your body there is food around. So no need to store fat!
3. DO Eat a Protein with Every Meal
Protein - chicken, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, beans - keeps you full, makes you lean!
4. Do Eat Produce with Every Meal
Produce - any and all fresh/frozen fruits and veggies. Eating one
or both at every meal fills your body up with super nutrients with
less calories. Green veggies - eat unlimited! Fruits depends on how fat you are. If you are very overweight, I would stay away from them… if you are already quite lean, 2 fruits a day should be fine:)
5. DO Drink Water
Better skin, better joints, better metabolism and better health overall are just the start of the benefits of water!
