Problem: Many people eat LESS and LESS hoping for better results.  But that doesn’t work!

Sounds simple eat less to lose fat - so why is it so hard to get results?

  • “eat less” causes many to eat too little.
  • misleading information about what is “healthy”
  • “eat less” is a very deprived state that is emotionally stressful and draining!

5 very simple DO’s for Fast Results

1. DO Eat Breakfast without fail
The best breakfasts are meat and nuts. They kill food cravings, give you good energy and make your brain ready to function well all day.

2. DO Eat every 3 to 4 hours
Tells your body there is food around. So no need to store fat!

3. DO Eat a Protein with Every Meal
Protein - chicken, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, beans - keeps you full, makes you lean!

4. Do Eat Produce with Every Meal
Produce - any and all fresh/frozen fruits and veggies. Eating one
or both at every meal fills your body up with super nutrients with
less calories. Green veggies - eat unlimited! Fruits depends on how fat you are. If you are very overweight, I would stay away from them… if you are already quite lean, 2 fruits a day should be fine:)

5. DO Drink Water
Better skin, better joints, better metabolism and better health overall are just the start of the benefits of water!

Just do this for a week…
You will feel the benefits…

As a personal trainer in Singapore, I tell people that anger is, in general, a BAD IDEA. Anger results in you being more stressed up, and thus storing mroe fat (stress causes extra fat storage). Nobody wants that!. But some “anger” can actually boost your results as long as you keep it positive and healthy.

Ask Yourself…

Are you comfortable with your current fitness level?

Are you settling for sub optimal results? - you should be lean, healthy, strong, fit and attractive! Just the way you were created to be!

Settling for your current level of health and well being? - “oh being sick once in a while is ok” - NO ITS NOT. The average person in Singapore takes 12 days on MCs. Thats 5% of your life “out of action”.

That means that when you are healthy, you live 5% (at least…) “longer”!

Settling for the amount of energy you have for life?

Settling for your current level of productivity?

Are you in a comfort zone?

If you want to break out of the stagnant state….

Get MAD…

Get mad at mediocrity.

Don’t settle for less than you deserve.

If you are not as fit at the end of 2008 as you wanted to be you should be UPSET!

Then use that anger as fuel to drive you to be better in 2009

Let it push you to step out of your comfort zone and work a little harder.

Try a new program?

Make the changes that needed to be made.

You deserve to be successful, so you should be angry if you’re not there yet.

So get a little mad today…then make the changes that will lead you to success.
